Query Parameters vs. Display parameters

Two types of parameters

  • Query Parameters are always part of the result and can be used in the OGC filter query.

  • Display Parameters are always part of the result but cannot be used in the OGC filter.

For large data sets, it may be recommendable to more query parameters, but we may need to add indexes for those fields.
